Steps to creating a peer network data repository

1. Get your hardware setup, including the disk arrays, install an operating system, preferably FreeBSD 4.3 or similar
2. Download the tar file of all the important files. See web page for more info.
3. Untar the archive and find the README file
4. Follow the instructions in the README file.
